ONE WRONG MOVE, ONE SCARE CLOSER
Geometry Dash Horror retains the original's original dodging-to-music mechanics, but adds horror elements: jump scares, bizarre visuals, sudden transformations, and a deep, creepy soundtrack. The player's task is to control a cube to overcome obstacles while dealing with screen shake, glitches, and even a "ghostly sidekick" chasing after them. When hitting an obstacle, the screen can immediately trigger a jump scare scene, and the game restarts. There is no buffering mode unless practice mode is enabled. Moreover, later levels become more complex in terms of timing, sound effects, and creepy surprises.
