In Hollow Knight, you will transform into a silent knight and begin your journey to explore the kingdom of Hallownest. You can freely move through areas that contain weird creatures, challenges and secrets. Your main task is to fight enemies, overcome obstacles and defeat powerful bosses in the final battle to open new areas. During that process, you will collect souls to heal or cast magic, as well as search for Charms. These charms will help customize your gameplay to your own style, such as increasing damage, extending attack range or healing faster.
As you progress, you will unlock important skills like Dash, Wall Jump, Double Jump, and Down Slash. These skills will help you move flexibly and reach places that were previously impossible.
